A new center is being created in the commercial north of Nuremberg. A district square and high-end architecture are intended to promote communication and quality of stay for users.

The new building ensemble consists of the S&P Tower on the busy Erlanger Strasse and the Thon Plaza, a five- to six-storey sustainable building in timber hybrid construction. The façade design of the two buildings, which have different appearances, corresponds to each other through the interplay of the grid.
