The partially abandoned industrial site in Stuttgart Zuffenhausen came with major challenges due to restrictions in building regulations. A visionary concept and innovative architectural forms with fanned-out, cantilevered storeys created a basis for the building permit to be granted.

Urban Development

The high-density building ensemble consisting of four building structures redefines the urban space in the industrial area. The surrounding quarter is incorporated into the urban structure and the utilization concept, especially the neighbouring heritage-protected commercial building.

A new technology campus is emerging for a famous car manufacturer from Zuffenhausen.
