Base
The base building presents itself individually on each side, becoming higher on the office side and lower on the cultural side. Towards the square, the building forms a strong address and communicates with its own open spaces.
With the three-part segmentation of the lower storeys, it allows cross-connections and contributes to the striking shape of the cubature with the high quality of the façade.
Landmark
The tower complements the ensemble of high points and crowns the building as a highly visible feature in the midst of its neighbors.
Nevertheless, the high point does not dominate the urban space, but is set back from the square and opens up views from Rosenheimer Strasse. The outdoor space is included and integrated into the building with the open-air stage.
Qualities
The roof of the base building extends the open-air stage over the entire length of the building. Views, exits and open spaces offer room to marvel and conquer. Open floor plans create freely furnishable, modern office worlds.
