As part of a comprehensive refurbishment, the square in front of Merton's Mitte was completely redesigned, giving the new district center a high quality of stay. Representative entrances also give the two buildings distinct addresses.
The foyer areas with a modern guidance system are welcoming and bright and extend over two floors. The indirect lighting creates sophisticated effects and the striking ceiling openings define the space and allow views between the floors.
The light-flooded office areas with attractive floor foyers offer space for flexible room concepts. Depending on requirements and use, the room layout can be individually adapted. Private and public areas can be separated or connected as required.
These interventions once again highlight the potential of the existing buildings, both in terms of design and ecology.
