In Munich's Schwabing-West district, between Bonner Platz and Luitpoldpark, there is a residential complex dating from 1961. A study was carried out to examine the possibilities of redensifying the property development, consisting of three 9-storey tower blocks.

Concept

The new concept envisions the addition of two more tower blocks and closing the development towards Degenfeldstrasse between two of the existing tower blocks. The resulting inner courtyard will create new recreational opportunities for residents.

The redensification will create around 100 additional apartments.
