The senior citizens' residential center in Munich-Neuperlach fits seamlessly into the structure of the large housing estate. In combination with a kindergarten and after-school care center, it complements the social infrastructure with 80 residential places and 22 kindergarten places.

The different uses can be seen in the façade, from elegant light grey to brightly colored. Generous open spaces and balconies create a high quality of stay for the users.
